Military publications --> Browse --> All digital documents by time period --> Korean War (or whatever war you're looking for). It's very random and inconsistent, they have TM's for some pretty obscure and pointless things. The station lists can tell you where a specific unit's HQ was at whatever time (or at lest the nearest town). The 1945-60 and WWII sections have a lot of pertinant FM's and TM's as well.
