does anyone know what type of gear army medics used other than the basic uniform

Good morning, in y limited research on the US medic's impression for Korean War reenacting I've found that you can do some mixing when it comes to medical gear. I use repop WW2 us medical bags and strap harness. I also use WW2 and Korean War dated canteens and first aid pouches. I use the 1945 backpack and lower bag and the rest of my things like belt, spare bandage bags and so for is repop or original Korean War gear. I've been told I could have a weapon like and 45 or a carbine but no I don't want to. I have enough to carry.
