I realize that this is an old thread, so sorry about digging it up again, but Barry Lyndon (Spearhead Militaria) on Ebay is selling M43 Pile liners too now.

Are these the same as ATF's?

From the images he shows, it looks to me like the same liner with the same faults. So I'd guess either it's the same as A.T.F. and a number of other vendors have been selling or it's a copy of the copy.
