This is only the third year of the event and our WWII group has been doing it since the start. It's a nice little historic anthracite coal mine village with a great atmosphere. They treat the reenactors nicely and love having us. It's a small but fun event.
They are looking for reenactors of multiple eras to portray the American Military through history, so if you have an ACW, WWI, WWII, KW, etc, contact the museum to register.
I am not affiliated with Eckley. I'm just a reenactor attending the event and trying to spread the word.
