KW army and airborne impressions

Hi,
I'm new to the Korean war scene, I do WWII 517th PRCT and 2nd armored 41st inf reg living history along with a few other small impressions. I wanted to put together a Korean war display . I'm looking for gear list or uniform list for a army infantryman in korean doesn't matter what point of the war and a Airborne impression gear and uniform list. I also put this same question on the USMC board. I'm trying to cover alot of the services and add the coasties and navy later on. Any help would be great.

I don't know everything, but I can tell you what I do know. For a uniform, your going to want an M43, M50, or M51 field jacket, same model pants. Your also going to want a wool combat shirt, wool combat pants, and HBT's if you want them. Boots, I use what my grandpa used, which are M1943 buckle-boots. Headgear, an M-1 helmet and M1951 field cap will be fine (not sure if the M1951 was issued in the summer, however I wouldn't mind wearing one in summer). Equipment, you can use a wide variety of things. Any of these should work- pistol belt, M1 carbine pouches, first aid pouch, 10-pocket pouches, Garand or Carbine bayonet, WWI or WWII mess kit, and M1943 suspenders. That's all I know about for an Army infantryman impression. Hope this helps!
