[[Revised Version]] There seem to be very few sites on the internet (that I can find) that talk about the Thais, however, I have pieced together all the evidence about it from the osprey book. Here is the caption from the Osprey book: Osprey: The Korean War 1950-53.Adrian (M26?): More info: www.militaryheadgear.com/items/4490As always, aditions, corrections etc. are welcomed.

Interesting subject Adrian Helmets... Several countries made/used them. There were some subtle differences among them. The Thai helmet shown above has a different "rim" than either of the French models. It appears closer to the Belgian model. The Japanese helmet from WWII was in fact a modified Adrian design.

Nah, it doesn't quite correspond with my Belgian adrian. The crest does not have the right point at the front. There is also a type that pops up occasionally of the WW1 type (pressed with rim) with the Thai badge on, but TBH, I've yet to find a picture of ANY Thai troops wearing adrians at all... The US M1 is much more common. Happily, there seems to be no shortage of these adrians - in Thailand but maybe they'll spread to the rest of the world too.
