For the Communist forces: there are now avilable semi-automatic sub-machine guns. These are made in poland, and have had very good reviews.
Is there any interest in having these as our main weapons???

Of course, comrade. I plan to buy one as soon as I turn 21 years in October. Cheap, high capacity and firepower, easy to maintain and will take a beating, the PPS-43 "pistol" is a must for any Communist reenactor, whether they be Korean Peoples Army or People's Volenteer Army.

Since posting the first "notification", it seems some problems have come to light, with both the firing pins and the hammers of these weapons.
On the WWII forum, they seemingly haven't resolved the problems, so I'd be hesitant to recommend them until more user history is available.

Judging from posts on another forum, the problems have been noted and replacement parts are available for any breakages that may occur. The newer pieces have had the problem corrected at the factory...or at least that's what I understood from the thread. Blank ammo is available through: www.ammunitionstore.comand blank adapters can be had from ebay... seller's name is REDMANLDPG Extra magazines, pouches etc. can be found at: www.gunbroker.com
