Was the m2 jungle first aid strictly marine? Or was it issued to all branches? Just curios because I'm debating if it could be used with my ROK web gear. I was flipping through a book yesterday that had a pic labeled 24th inf. div and one of the guys had a jungle first aid.

If it helps, I know they were given to both Dutch and Belgian contingents so they can't have been US exclusive...

It's primarily USMC, but wasn't limited to just them. You do see some US Army with them near the end of WWII, and again periodically in early KW photos.
