Alberto, Not an expert on aircraft webbing, I would say it is part of a flight harness, looks like it is part of a larger full body parachute harness.
Let us know what you find out.

At Last the mistery is solved ! SINGLE TRACE TYPE MANS HARNESS TOW ROPE LINE SYSTEM: These were used mostly by the Mountain troops to drag gear and the Mountain howitzers up to the positions needed. A very useful item in the Korean War winter months !!
