Next friday my group is doing a Marine Corps Time Line for a Marine Reunion taking place in Savannah Georgia, people are doing various but I dont think anyone is doing Korean Conflict.
I'm curious if the following would be appropriate for a basic Marine Impression for Korea. As I dont have the full marching kit for Korea just yet.
I want to know if the following items would be right or would just be ass backwards?
M1 Helmet (Original with liner, no cover)
P41 Cap (WW2 Impressions)
Khaki Shirt
USMC Underwear and Undershirt
USMC Trouser Belt (original)
Leggings (WPG)
Boondockers (WW2 Impressions)
Socks (original)
Dog Tags (original)
M1923 Cartridge Belt
2 Canteens with covers (one P-3 and one P-2)
P41 Pack Roll Top
M43 Entrenching Tool
P41 Suspenders (original)
M1 Rifle
10 inch Bayonet original
M1951 Parka USMC (original)
Now as far as uniform wise should I go with the wool forest green trousers or the P41s
As far as a field jacket I do not have an M43 jacket (yet) would an M41 or a Tanker Jacket be acceptable or not?
