I found this guy while doing an E-bay search for Chinese militaria, I thought I'd post it because it's very well done. This guy is either in a unit sent down later in 51', or or a unit that had been re-fitted later in the war. The only item I can't vouch for is the Rain cape, which I haven't seen good enough pictures to know much about, beyond the fact they had them (I can't get the pics of it to post properly, if you look at the link they have very detailed pics). He's wearing the late pattern padded uniform, which is different from the Soviet style ones seen in late 50'/ early 51'. It's a good view of the "pack", which is just a square bundle tied with rope or strips of cotton. I also love the bath towel for a scarf, although it's probably just copied from a recent Chinese movie "Assembly".
