I was at a store today and saw something I had never seen before or even heard of. the hand written tag said korean era pack, parachutist, medical. I didnt tear it appart to see what the actual makers stamp said. I woud discribe it as follows.
a large pouch on the back a bit bigger than a WWII Musette bag or a VN era butt pack. 4 smaller pouches about the size of the VN era universal ammo pouches that wraped around to the front of the body. I do not recall the fastener type used to secure them in front. Lastly there were 2 very heavy straps that went over the sholder each ending with a spring clip fastener like on the sholder strap of a duffle bag. Is it common or rare, was it used often or one of those things that was issued but rarely used becuase it was cumbersom?
If thats what it is I have no use for it but if someone wants it PM me, I may be willing to go back and pick it up for shipping and a small finders fee.

So, what happened to the bag? Do you have a picture of it?
