Gas Mask Bag

I bought a gas mask bag today at a yard sale and on the front it reads, "US, Mask, Chemical-Biological, Field M17A1"
The bag is dark green and has all the straps and it is in very good condition. All the straps are there and there is no fraying. Is this the gas mask bag US forces used in the Korean War? Just wondering. SSgt Sattilaro

Thats the Vietnam war mask, infact if the mask has a drinking tube then its post Vietnam.
