Whilst flicking through a few links I came across the following awards of the Congressional Medal of Honour: January 30th 1951: First Lieutenant Robert M. McGovern, A Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. January 31st 1951: First Lieutenant Carl H. Dodd, E Company, 2nd Battalion, 5th Infantry Regimental Combat Team. February 1st 1951: Master Sergeant Hubert L. Lee, I Company, 3rd Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. 3 awards to men from 3 different units on 3 consecutive days, representing respectively the 47th, 48th and 49th awards of that decoration during the conflict up to that point, quite remarkable for a 'Police action' wouldn't you say. And to be followed shortly on: February 4, 1951: Master Sergeant (then Sergeant First Class) Stanley T. Adams, A Company, 1st Battalion, 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division, (50th award) February 7, 1951: Captain Lewis L. Millet, E Company, 2nd Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, 25th Infantry Division, (51st award) Details: korea50.army.mil/cgi-bin/thisday.pl
