Chaps and chapettes,
First post, so hello!
I'm looking to put together information on insignia for 29th Bde at the Battle of the Imjin River but am not having a great deal of luck at the moment. Ultimately, I'd like to put together a uniform to add an extra dimension to my area of the hobby (like most, I've mostly WW2 gear).
I know it's somewhat cliched but I'm probably looking at a Gloucestershire Regiment uniform.
If anyone could provide any help, I would be most grateful.
Thanks
Dan

Hello,
I am new to the Korean War reenacting area, and have a great interest in the Glosters who fought during Korea. As a sideline did the Wiltshire Regt ever serve during the Korean War? Would be very interested to know.
Thank you.

= Gloster's BD. As a rule, '49 pattern *was* used but not as much as '46 and '47 at the Imjin Badges = 2x (red 'n' white) Gloucestershire titles, 1x 29 bde and 1x Wessex training formation patches and then any other bits... I do realise that the innitial post was over a year ago, but still, this should be good reference...

Thank you very much for the replies. The second question would be did the Wiltshire's attached to the Glosters wear their own titles, or adopt the Glostershire ones?

many thanks for your help in this. I have managed to discover that Wiltshire Regt soldiers from nearby Hong Kong were drafted into the Gloster's as replacements. And adopt the headress and shoulder titles of the Glosters.
Cheers for the help.
