I found this while searching for Korean War stuff on Youtube. Looks like it's some kind of independent short movie about Korea. The Trailer wasn't too promising (OK, it looks like a dried up turd on the side of the road), but it won an award at the very prestigious "East Lansing film festival". www.imdb.com/title/tt0226209/Trailer: www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oU-TmXiRKs

Well, it looks like they put some effort into it...
I liked how the Chinese/NK soldier had an M1917 rifle. lol

I think the Chinese soldier on the front of the Osprey book about Korea has one, IIRC. Not real common, but not terribly farby either.

It was a total zoo as far as weaponry goes. Jun, you'll have to clarify, but I believe a lot of ROK units started the war with weapons taken from the Japanese.

Well, I suppose one of us is going to have to watch this and write about how bad it was. I call not it, I have a copy of Shanganling Mountain sitting at the house waiting for my critique.

In my internet travels I found this movie online, through youtube. I watched a few minutes of it, it kindof looked like it "skipped" at a few points, and the sound wasn't sinched up very well... Anyway, submitted for your approval... youtube.com/watch?v=qiTshTPJE_s
