This maybe a stupid question but, did Marines ever get issued or could have privatly purchased Corcoran Paratrooper boots?

Not a stupid question. Grandpa said if you don't know the answer to a question it is not stupid.
Marines were still issued the WW2 style rough out up to the change of uniform regs in 1958. Then there was the change to the standard black smooth side combat boot we are familiar with.
There were Marines issued rough side boots in WW2- darn few, and some ParaMarines the Cordovan color smooth side jump boot- again darn few.
Marines in Korea in temperate times of the year would have worn the Rough outs and leggings. The NKA and CCF were especially afraid of the "yellow legs" referring to the color of the Marines leggings.
