Hi! Am new to this forum and this is my first post. I have a question about gear... I've had this canteen for something like 3 years now and am wondering if this type would have been used in the Korean War?   |

Hello darktide and welcome to the forum! The answer is yes.
I'm not an expert on canteens, but as you can see the body is "Japanese" with an improved cork stopper and the unique "buckle/strap" holder for the harness. They made subtle modifications over the years, but retained the same basic design until just a few years ago.
